Powered by resin pressure and spring is FISA's unique gate opening and closing system

The spring-loaded nozzle type NH can be used in thermoplastic injection molds. It is a hot runner system for forming without cold material. The needle valve system of the nozzle does not need to use an external driving force, and the injection pressure is used as the power to realize the automatic opening and closing of the gate. This is FISA's unique needle valve type hot runner system.

Features of the NH series

1.Switch system using resin pressure as power

  •  1  When there is no injection pressure, the spring force keeps the needle valve closed
  •  2  When subjected to injection pressure, the injection pressure makes the needle valve retreat and the nozzle opening is opened
  •  3  When the mold cavity is filled with plastic, the injection pressure drops, the spring force automatically pushes the valve needle up, and the nozzle port is closed.

2.No material retention problem, the gate is completely closed

The flow path of the nozzle adopts a streamline shape, which can prevent the plastic from staying and affecting the quality of the injection molded parts.
The needle valve is acted by the spring force to completely close the nozzle opening. No problem of wire snagging and gate protrusion

3.Various gate settings

There are 3 types of headed styles that form a round shape, headless styles that make gate marks almost invisible, and long
nozzle head styles that form a shank.

4.Connection sleeve for extension

If a long nozzle larger than the standard product is required, it can be matched by using a connecting sleeve. The length can be made according to the mold size.

5.The setting of the mold center point is simple

Since there is no external drive device such as an air cylinder, gate setting at the center of the mold is easy
